Interaction with guests
We live in the next town over and are very familiar with the Kissimmee/Orlando area. We like to give our guests privacy, but we are here if you need us.
Other things to note
Linens are provided and the kitchen is fully equipped. If you don't like to cook, there is a restaurant on premises and several restaurants within walking distance.
Primary renter must be over 24.
Please leave the place as tidy as you found it. Throw out trash, run the dishwasher, etc.
No more than ten (10) people can occupy this townhouse.
We have owned vacation rentals up north. We sold them when we moved to Florida, but missed the experience of owning vacation rental properties. We now own two in Kissimmee, FL and greatly enjoy hosting the lovely people who stay with us.
We stay in Airbnb homes when we travel because it's so much more comfortable than a hotel room although we do a lot of cruising--too bad there's no Airbnd on a cruise ship!
