This cottage is great for a few nights in Hyannis. Was just as described, aside from the fact that it is next to a daycare and across from a school on a very busy street. Doesn't lend for much privacy or quiet mornings. Had everything you need. I will say, that if you are new to the Cape and don't have children, I would highly highly suggest staying near Truro- we enjoyed those beaches much more and the drive was about an hour to reach them. Restaurants and bars are just a 15-25 minute walk away depending on where you go, but the beach isnt really walkable. Overall nice place for a few night stay. Heather was very responsive when needed.

This place was perfectly located for me. I was only one mile away from the wedding venue I was in the area for. It was perfect for two but will EASILY accommodate 4-5. Small and quaint and best of all private! It is tucked back away from the main road. My only complaint was the air planes flying over head in the early morning. I think there's an air base near by. Other than that everything was great! Heather is quick to reply with any questions which is very helpful! Thank you!

It was great for a few days away. Perfect bike ride or walk to Main Street. We should have done our research better. Definitely is not near a relaxing beach with waves. It is a Harbor beach. Right next to a church. And on a main drag, so not best for kids. But it was great for adults. The mall isn't that far either. It's great to bike there. Definitely recommend biking. You really do not need a car., except to get there. We even rode our bikes to Cape Cod Brewery. Thanks for the stay.

Prior to becoming a Realtor on Cape Cod, I spent 12 years in Orlando, FL where I received a BSBA in Marketing from the University of Central Florida. I became a specialist in today's business environment by working as an Executive Director of Sales and Marketing in Orlando's highly competitive hospitality field. In 2005, I moved to Cape Cod, MA where I ventured into the Real Estate Industry. During this time, my sales efforts have accounted for over $22 million in real estate transactions. My successful negotiation skills have placed me among the top 10% of Cape Cod Realtors quickly. I have sold real estate from Provincetown to Plymouth and my experience includes: single & multi-family homes, new construction, antique homes, condominiums, land, lots and subdivisions. In addition, I have a vast amount of knowledge of today's unique transactions (i.e. short sales and foreclosures). Whether it is buying or selling (or both), my goal is to always meet my client's needs and get them into the next chapter of their lives! As a native New Englander from New Hampshire, I love the outdoors and I love living on Cape Cod! When I'm not working to meet your real estate needs, you can find me outdoors enjoying all that the Cape has to offer. Look for me riding my bike on the Cape Cod Rail Trail or Cape Cod Canal, shell fishing at Sandy Neck, or boating on Cotuit bay. You'll also find me on trails throughout the Cape walking my two dogs Katie and Jesse. In the winter? I love to hit the ski slopes ... See you out there!
