Located on the Inter Coastal Waterway- @ Barefoot Landing in Yacht Club Villas.4th fl "Lock Out" in Condo high rise w elevator & private access to very nice Queen Bed rm. Huge pool & hot tub access for guest. (no water view from this rm)-close to; beautiful beaches, lots of shopping, entertainment, restaurants,& golf courses. 2 person occupancy max. -ample free pking- NO PETS, NO SMOKING, NO Cooking. 2 night minimum. +-23min from Arpt.
The space
Note we are in Building #2 - second closet from the bridge--on 4th floor- unit 2-403 B-very clean and spacious room for 1-2 persons (one Queen Bed) located with-in a Condo. PRIVATE ACCESS off the hallway into the room. You don’t share any spaces with others nor do you walk through anyone’s space to get to your room. Access off the elevator hallway - like a hotel. Very clean and cheerful rm with; dresser, night table w lamp, floor lamp, equipped with new appliances, new carpet, new painting & new furnishings, flat panel TV. Nicely appointed private bath rm w towels, shampoo etc. & small closet. Designated Thermostat, Ceiling Fan, free Wifi, 9 cuft FrigFreezer, Microwave, 2 cushy swivel chairs. We are a short drive to beach (about 1.2mi). Restaurant on the premises. On premise Pool has large hot tub and restrooms also outdoor shower. The property site is very clean & well maintained. Many owners actually live here- like us. By the way, please remember no loitering in hallways as we try to keep the noise down, for neighbors and folks like you. Also, absolutely no smoking in the room and no pets- loss of deposit applies to violators. Thanks for your cooperation with that. We live next door to the room so if you need anything we are right here.
Guest access
Private entrance off main hallway from elevator. Very nicely equipped room. Easy come and go; pick up the key from the Owners on site in the afternoon- and leave key on dresser upon check out. Let us know what you are driving and we'll try to meet you at the parking gate entrance and personally check you into the room and give you tips/ideas on the immediate area.
Other things to note
There is a trash chute right outside the room near the elevator. There is no ice machine on the floor but we have ice trays in the freezer. By the way, we have some new restaurants right across the water-way from the condo that are very nice, located right on the intercoastal. The views are beautiful. You can actually walk to these restaurants and the many shops that are all around them. By the way, we were about a 1/4 of a mile from Alabama Theatre, and The House of Blues.

Our place is very, very close to major restaurants like Lulus, Australian Grill ( Greg Norman‘s restaurant) and Taco Mundo, along with the Fish Grill. These are some of the best restaurants in Myrtle Beach. Along with those restaurants, there plenty of smaller restaurants, chain restaurants and tons of shops, miniature golf, and shows from the comedy club, to the Alabama Theatre, to the House of Blues. And right down the road is the Grand Ole Opry and Pirates Treasure, two awesome Dolly Parton show venues.
