BreakfastThis is one of few homes in this area that has this feature.

The double and twin room, private kitchen/sitting room & bathroom on the top floor of my Victorian House is walking distance to the beautiful Dartmoor & hundreds of activities. It is perfect for all adventurers with the use of a large basement to store bikes, toys, canoes etc. The location is brilliant with easy access to the A30, Waitrose, Exeter, all the wonderful North Dartmoor villages and cycle route 27 and others. Access is through our house, but is private and perfect for couples.

Amanda's place was totally ideal for what we needed. It's a cosy place and the breakfast items that were left for us - including some lovely bread made things so much easier. We only stayed the one night but I know we will be staying again! Thanks Amanda!

We had a very pleasant and comfortable night at Amanda’s place. The rooms were very stylish, tasteful and comfortable and we really appreciated the breakfast bits for us in the kitchen. Overall, a really lovely stay and we hope to come again!
