The space
This charming studio is located in a country setting, 5 minutes from downtown Ithaca and 12 minutes from Cornell's campus. It has a private entrance with parking by the door, a picture window that looks over meadow and woods. It is fully furnished with a full size bed and a pull-out couch. The kitchette has everythng you need including to create a meal or have a snack. There is both tub and shower. Wireless, Cable TV, access to outdoor sitting areas and garden.

Our house is a large Greek Revival set back from the road, offering privacy and quiet. We love taking care of our guests and sharing our beautiful space with them. Oh, yes, we have chickens (no rooster) to add to the charm and your entertainment.

We provide a continental breakfast and since we are just next door we are very accessible if you need anything during your stay.
