Excellent stand alone studio room in new condition and handy location. Situated approx. 3km from the town centre with a feel of country. Suitable for a single person, couple or 2 friends/family that don't mind sharing the queen bed. Very peaceful location and close to walking tracks, lake, river, and numerous vineyards.
Only 40 minutes approx. to Queenstown and Wanaka, 20 minutes to the historic town of Clyde and further 10 minutes to Alexandra.
We welcome guests from all backgrounds.

The space
Warm, cosy and peaceful accommodation, with a very comfortable queensize bed, couch, TV , wifi and ensuite. We offer tea and coffee facilities, microwave,fridge, toaster, plates and cutlery. Outside the studio is a bench sink with hot and cold running water. A continental breakfast will be brought over the night before for you to enjoy at your leisure in the morning.

Very peaceful location with lifestyle properties surrounding. Across the road there is a protected reserve area home to protected chaffer beetles. There is a bike/walking track which goes all the way to Clyde (opened on 8th May 2021) which follows the river, within a couple of minutes distance from the accommodation.
