A 20 acre property with a small stream, mini rainforest & jungle. The house boasts a third story large open air tower perfect for starting & ending every day. There are almost daily sightings of howler monkeys & a wide variety of birds. Fresh eggs are available from the chicken coop The property is extremely safe. Off the front are views of the ocean with terrific sunsets & off the back beautiful views of the sunrise over layers of mountains. The entrance is lined with coconut & mango trees.
