Freshly renovated, Beautiful and comfortable private Bedroom with full size electrical bed and 48" Roku smart tv with local channels, tons of movies & episodes; private bathroom with hair dryer and essentials; wifi with computer work station, fridge, Microwave & coffee maker. It is 20min from The Woodlands and ExxonMobil Campus, 5min from major highway (Hwy99),8min from City of Tomball, 10min from major shopping center. Room is on a separate 2nd floor to give our guests more privacy, No Carpet

Dear Guests:
Due to recent events progressing in the World and following CDC standards preventing the propagation of the COVID-19 virus we have implemented the following changes in our daily and room services and schedules effective immediately and until further notice:
1. Removed carpet and add Laminate on all our floors
2.Upgraded A/C unit filter with Premium Allergen, Bacteria and Virus filtration and Upgraded or bathroom and room Disinfectants as per CDC standards to combat COVID-19 spread
3. Added Hand Sanitizer, spray disinfectant and Antibacterial soap available for our guests
4. This is our check list items we constantly disinfect in between guests:
Doorknobs
Light switches
Remote controls
Tables
Fan and lamp chains
Window sills and window handles
Thermostats
Keys and Key less pads
Hairdryers
Ironing boards and irons
Garbage bins
Bathroom in general with bleach

5. Updated our booking preferences so we can ask more questions about COVID-19 symptoms to our guests before booking

Very quite and safe area with green zones for walking or exercise. In a normal day you will see 1 or 2 neighbors walking the dogs, biking, joggin or just seating at their garages with BBQs and play with the kids

During your stay

Sometimes we won't be at the house and you will enter via lockbox and we may not be able to meet you at all. When we are at the house, the level of interaction is at your discretion. We love meeting new people and hearing about your travels. We are also happy to recommend places to see and eat. Me and my wife work normal Mon - Fri 8 to 5 So whenever we are at the house, we are happy to chat with you or leave you to the privacy of your room.
