Private room available close to Cardiff city centre and Cardiff University. The room is available on a minimum 2 week basis but I am happy for longer stays. There is access to a shared bathroom, kitchen, lounge and garden and you have a private bedroom.

The space
The room is on the first floor, at the front of the house and so can be affected by some road noise but it is generally a quiet neighbourhood.

The house is very central, 20 minute walk to the city centre and 15 minutes walk to the university.

The property is off of City Road which has a convenience/grocery store (not even 5 minutes walk away) nearby as well as many restaurants.

It is also close to Albany Road and Welfield Road which are popular shopping streets and have numerous bars and restaurants.

It is a 20 minute walk to the City Centre and well connected by buses and very easy to access the M4 motorway.

The house is also very close to Cardiff University which is around a 15 minute walk away.

I live in the house too so I will be available to answer any questions in advance or during the stay. There are communal spaces and so I’m always happy to hang out and watch TV or have a chat, but respect that people often want to just chill in their room.
