A private bedroom and bath with a private upstairs entrance. Located on the west side with a nature retreat feel. Short walk to the Diamond trail, Cass park and Ithaca Farmer's Market. 1/2 mile to Greenstar coop and about 1 mile to the Downtown Commons, 3 miles to Cornell and Ithaca College. An easy drive to the various wonderful state parks nearby and Finger Lakes Wine Trail.
