This was a last minute booking and I found my host, Crystal, to be highly responsive and polite. She helped us get familiar with the bus routes when I told her that we were visiting all the five colleges in the area. However, for $45, this accommodation was quite impractical. There were no extra sheets or blankets and the pillow had no cover on it. The bathroom wasn't clean and there were hair all over the bath tub. Only good thing about the place was that Crystal's roommates (two guys) were extremely respectful, accommodating, and quiet. But when you are paying $45 a night for a room (not for amazing company), you expect certain standard and value for money. Unfortunately, this accommodation really falls short. You are probably better off paying more and staying in a hotel than spending so much money on this accommodation.

Crystal's place is an excellent lodging for both business commuters like myself and visitors of all ages. She is both very welcoming and really accommodating. The 31 fixed route bus (Sunderland, MA/South Amherst, MA), also, frequently, has a free shuttle bus from/to Crystal's place. It is definitely an A+ lodging, and highly recommended! :-)

A really fantastic place to stay for a business trip. The host, Crystal, was really 100% accommodating, and extremely both friendly and courteous. Would highly recommend Crystal's airbnb to other business travelers. :-) A+++

If you want to sleep in a junkyard, please visit this place...real experience of living in a slum. the kitchen is a complete mess, and it clearly look that host has no concern for the guest except for making some money from a junked room..room is not even worth one third of what the owner is demanding.
