Swimming pool usage:
If you're checking in on a weekend, please confirm your booking at least 4 days prior to check in date so I can process your pool pass. New condominium policy requires unit owners to secure a pool pass for their guests who will be using the pool on weekends. So, if you're checking in on a Saturday, pls confirm your booking by Monday night so we can arrange all necessary permits for you. No pool fee will be charged if permit has been secured. To note: Max of 6 guests are allowed to use the pool (children included)

Other things to note
Parking is available but you have to advice me at least 1 week before your arrival so I can prepare. Parking fee should be paid in advance as well.
