The space
The listing is for a private bedroom with a bathroom in a 2 bedroom 2 bath 2 floor condominium.

The bedroom is upstairs while the living room and the kitchen and washer dryer are on the first floor. There is a no shoes policy in the house due to the carpeted nature of the stairs and second floor. We have indoor slippers available to use! =)

For safety reasons, only the guest(s) registered on the reservation will be granted access into the condo. Please specify how many people (1 or 2) are staying. If undisclosed guests attempt to enter, the reservation will be terminated immediately and no refund given.

Since this is a shared condo with myself or other AirBnb guest as the other occupant, I would like to ensure everyone has their own space. I kindly ask guests to refrain from entering the bedroom other than their own. I’ll ensure your space is likewise respected in return. =)

CDC Cleaning and Sanitation Protocols Followed

We follow rigorous cleaning and sanitizing protocols from the Centers for Disease Control during COVID-19. We ventilate rooms, wash hands frequently, wear gloves, clean, then disinfect with bleach or 70% alcohol. Our cleaning crew focuses on frequently touches surfaces, including light switches, doorknobs, remote controls and faucets, as well as washing all linens at the highest heat.

*CHECKIN/CHECKOUT:
Check-in is after 4pm, and check-out is by 12pm.

*NUMBER OF GUESTS:
Please specify how many people are staying (1 or 2). For safety reasons, only the guest registered on the reservation will be granted access into the condo. If undisclosed guests attempt to enter, the reservation will be terminated immediately and no refund given.


*GUESTS' VISITORS:
For liability reasons, guests may not bring any visitors or any others to our home at any time, for any length of time. Only those individuals who are registered guests may enter the premises.

*CLEANLINESS:
Whilst we do a thorough professional clean between each guest stay, we kindly ask that prior to leaving, you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and put any dirty towels in the hamper. It helps us get through our cleaning process quicker and allows us to keep cleaning costs down for you and future guests.


*SHOES IN THE HOUSE:
Due to the carpeted nature of the bedrooms and to ensure we keep the floorboards squeaky clean for our guests’ enjoyment, we have a no shoes policy inside our home. We do provide indoor slippers that can used. =)

*AMENITIES:
The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to please place things like sanity napkins in the sanitary bin we’ve provided in the bathroom. We simply want to ensure you have a royal flush kind of holiday :)

*SECURITY:
To ensure full safety of our guest’s belongings, we like to keep the front gate locked as a precautionary measure. Whilst being one of the safest areas of town, we want to ensure every guest stay remains problem free, and this is just one small + simple thing we’re able to do to ensure that.

*PARKING:
If you have a car, there's a lot of parking on the street available. Please note that parking gets difficult after dark, but there's almost always street parking available nearby. Street cleaning is Thursday/Friday 1PM-3PM. Please check the street sign to confirm.

*DAMAGE TO THE PROPERTY:
We understand that accidents happen. But we do ask that you please let us know when they do. Chances are we can fix them as effortlessly as possible which also means better chances of having your full security deposit returned too.

*SMOKING:
Being allergic to smoke, I also have a no smoking policy (although you are welcome to smoke either out front or back).

LIGHTS & APPLIANCES:
To keep our costs down (and pass those savings on to our guests) we kindly ask that you switch off lights when its not in use or leaving the house. Mother nature thanks you too.

*NOISE LEVEL:
To be considerate to our neighbors, we kindly ask to keep things on the quieter-side after 10pm. And if you want to listen to music, please remember the other roommates and enjoy via headphones or in your personal space. We’ll make sure to reciprocate the favor. Unless it’s The Black Keys. They're okay to play at any time in all areas of the house :)

IMPORTANT:
We are not able to offer early check-ins nor late check-outs: Please plan accordingly. If your flight is coming in super early, please consider renting the night before as well. This is due to back-to-back guests, regular maintenance schedules, and super tight cleaning schedules. Thanks for your understanding!
