Studio Apartment. - fully furnished. Sitting area in the front porch. Desk with cable & wifi. We have hosted temp workers, PHD students, Foreign visitors. Microwave, Toaster Oven,Dishes and silverware/ Refrigerator. Pool use in back of house 10 am to 8 pm. Free wifi and Cable TV

Neighbors look out for each other. Green trees. Safe and within walking distance to groceries, restaurants, deli, ethnic foods, and park 2 blocks away. Live Theater and movies and local festivals. We enjoy talking with guests and helping make their stay comfortable. Street parking in front. Farmers Market for fresh vegetables and fruit in woodland and davis.
