Die Wohnung ist 50 m² groß. Bad und WC sind getrennt. Ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. In der Wohnküche befindet sich auch ein Schlafsofa welches auch als "Notschlafplatz" für 2 Personen gedacht ist. Eine großzügige Terrasse mit Gartenanteil steht ebenso wie ein Unterstellplatz für ein Auto zur Verfügung. Nach Velden am Wörthersee (Zentrum) sind es ca. 3,5 km. Bus und Zug sind zu Fuß in 3-4 min. erreichbar. Ruhige Lage!
