Walking distance to city centre (15 minutes) byres road/ great western road and 5 minutes walk to exhibition train centre/ hydro/ Science centre and bbc/ stv.Kelvingrove park and museum and university/ art school are 5 minute walk.
The flat is on the second floor of a beautiful traditional tenement building. It has large spacious and bright south facing rooms.

Interaction with guests
I don't live in the property, however I am only a phone call away!
I expect guests to be considerate of neighbours with regards noise in flat and in stairwell. I expect rubbish to be taken out and flat to be left as found.

We love to take long walks with our friendly dogs and enjoy the simple things in life, things that make us smile...and a good laugh is always welcomed!

We are located very close to the city centre which makes travel around the city easy to do, and although our area isn't classed as the classiest in Glasgow, it is safe and the locals friendly!
