Steps away from Bronte Harbor, Coronation Park, shopping, restaurants, nightlife and GO station. 1hr drive to NIAGARA FALLS and 35mins drive to downtown Toronto. OUR property is Registered with Town of Oakville to host Short term accommodation

Our home is in the heart of trendy Bronte right beside the lake with great Restaurants, Pubs, Restobars, Cafes, Boutiques. Ideal for anyone looking to enjoy the lake/have some downtime or as a home base for visiting nearby Toronto/Niagara Falls.

Area: Oakville is charming & quaint town to vacation in.

Layout: This is en suite in a semi detached home in beautiful neighborhood with a cozy and comfortable Queen bed and a sofa bed. Portable Fan & heater is available in the suite for guests to use. Host lives upstairs on the property and parts of the property are shared by the guest and the host.

There is a KITCHENETTE equipped with Fridge, Microwave, Oven toaster, Coffee maker, coffee pods, tea bags, sugar, salt n pepper, dishes, cups, glasses, wine glasses, cutlery, Brita water pitcher, paper towels.

Washroom has a JACUZZI with handheld Shower, beautiful LED lights and heated floors.

BOOKS and TOYS are available in the suite for kids up to 12 years.

En suite washer and dryer for guests to use. Please be advised that we might use it from time to time.

WIFI login and password is given for Internet access.

FREE Parking available on the driveway.

Please note: We can provide a single mattress for 4th guest.

We are flexible with check-in and check-out time, please let us know at the time of booking for us to make arrangements.

Note - Solar heated pool can be accessed from 10am to 3pm which is shared with host. Entrance to the pool is through the backyard door. Pool is only available from July 1st to September 30. Only guest staying at the property are allowed to use the pool and backyard area.
Visitors of our Guest are not suppose to be using the property without our written consent/permission.
Once approved the timing for visit is between 8 am to 8 pm. No more than 2 visitor on the property at any given point of time.
No overnight visitors, No party, No drugs, and No Marijuana/Weed of any kind.
If there are visitors on the property overnight without our consent and approval between 10 pm to 6 am - additional guest charges of $100 per guest would apply.
We expect that you treat our home as your own.

SMOKING, BBQ, & BACKYARD RULES:
One can smoke in the backyard but the guest has to make sure they collect all the bud at one place and do not spread it all over. BBQ is not available but one can get their own bbq. Keeping the backyard clean is the responsibility of guest staying at the property. If we have to clean the backyard there will be an additional cleaning fees of $75 an hour.

The Bronte area has fantastic parkland areas to explore. Perhaps most noteworthy is Shell Park, a large park with four soccer fields, baseball diamond and large off-leash dog park. Also in Shell Park is one of Oakville’s two Skateboard Parks. This 14,000 square foot park includes 26 cement ramps and is open year round (weather permitting). Skateboard lessons are available in Shell Park through Oakville Parks and Recreation. Just to the south of Shell Park, right along the shores of Lake Ontario is South Shell Park. In 2008 the owner of these lands, Palm Place developments, donated land to comprise of the 3.3 hectare park. The park will include lakefront viewing and seating areas, an extended waterfront trail and an extensive landscaping. Future park development will add park shelters, washroom facilities, redevelopment of the playground areas and enhanced beach access. This is sure to be a fantastic area spanning 800 metres of lakefront. Just outside of Bronte, east of Third Line is Coronation Park, another great waterfront area. Coronation Park offers picnic areas, walking paths along the lake, a bandstand, children’s playground and splash park. It is also home to Oakville’s annual Waterfront festival, a weekend long event featuring bands, rides, children’s entertainments, craft and wellness centres and food and drink.
