Casa Pascal Condo Suites are owned by the famous Casa Pascal restaurant in Pattaya. This apartment is stylish but cozy, spacious, extremely clean and looks like new! Our name and reputation stand for it! Some say all our apartments are the nicest in this building, that is why they are almost always fully booked. Fantastic sea-& city view. Best location in town, on the beach between beach- & 2nd Rd. besides Hilton hotel and Central Festival shopping mall.

The space
The apartment is equipped with full amenities, safety box, fiber optic internet 600 up/600 down, smart TV, drinking water machine, coffee machine, iron & iron board, large balcony, deck chairs, tables and chairs on balcony. Including is the daily brunch buffet at Casa Pascal restaurant for 2 pax (when available). The kitchen is fully equipped for dining up to 6 people. Our bed is a super King size bed with a wide of 260 cm! If you stay at our place you get 10 % discount and 10 % bonus points at our well-known restaurant. We do provide a limousine service for pick up and drop off.

I like perfect service in a restaurant. I like perfect service in a hotel. I like service minded people. I like good FRESH food. I like effinciency. My favorite travel destinations usually are in mediterranean Europe. I don't like books, don't watch movies, I don't watch shows, I do not listen much music, but I love to work! I love french food, as this is the best in the world.

If you have me as a guest I wish you cater what you promissed and what I expect. But I would usually not stay at private places, but only at hotels.
If you have me as a host, I think you will be positively surprised upon check-in. You might know that I am a service minded person, as I myself demand high standards of services. Therefore I do provide such without being asked. I used to work in the finest 5 star hotels in Switzerland and in Asia.

My style of traveling is the same as my style of working and providing. If possible I travel on scheduled airlines in business class and never with a low budget carrier. I travel always individual, never on tour groups. I rent cars or hire limousines, and I love to go on interesting cruises on luxury cruisliners to interesting destinations. That is my style of traveling.

I like to use Airbnb to host my popular apartments whenever there is a gap in between two rentals. Such as a few days or 1 - 2 weeks. My apartments are usually always occupied, therefore I can not host too often on Airbnb. I am sorry for that, but that speaks for my apartments and for my services!
