Wake up among the trees in this modern apartment with a warm, MidCentury vibe which has been updated with green and unique elements including salvaged 100 year old redwood trim, Vetrazzo countertops and original art. While on a quiet residential street, downtown Palo Alto, Stanford Shopping Center, the train to San Francisco and Burgess Park are all a short walk away.
This light filled, upstairs corner apartment includes everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay from the well appointed kitchen (including a Nespresso machine) to HBO on the flat screen TV to air conditioning for those hot days.
Each bedroom includes a queen bed with super soft linens and plenty of closet space and an en suite washer and dryer.
The entire apartment is yours. There is a verdant outdoor patio space shared with one other tenant that is available as well.
Interaction with guests
I like to meet guests, when convenient, and can offer lots of recommendations on restaurants, activities and transportation.
Other things to note
I am having some technical problems with Air BnB for the dates of 10/6 - 10/8; these dates are available but may not appear so on the calendar. Air BnB tech support is trying to resolve them. In the meantime, please send me a message or inquiry if you would like to book these dates.
- Please be quiet after 10 pm and before 7 am
When not traveling or meeting interesting people who travel, I love doing things in the outdoors with my kids and friends - paddle boarding, snow boarding, hiking, sailing, etc. When not outside, I enjoy remodeling with salvaged materials or doing my full time job - building housing for the homeless.
