我房子是万科地产的，物业管理数一数二，小区环境优美。房子装修简约大方，推开窗户就能看见四季如画的美景，听到鸟叫，嗅到花香。离地铁9号线会展中心站很近，周边有永旺，泰达时尚广场等购物中心和泰达足球场，休闲娱乐一应俱全。

小区地处滨海新区的繁华地带，周围都是高楼。环境很棒，安静，管理到位，家里非常干净整洁。房东人也很nice，我们入住的时候没办法用房东的停车卡，房东还帮我们支付了停车费。周边有很多小饭馆、还有便利超市，生活方便。开车20分钟到海洋馆，十几分钟就能到外滩公园。
