Twin Bedroom with sea views within 5 minutes drive of Arisaig. Seann Airidh, is a welcoming home located in a fantastic Highland location. The property sits in one of the most picturesque and sought after locations on the west coast of Scotland. The location is perfect for those who appreciate the beautiful scenery and a relaxed holiday. It is just a short distance to the Triagh Golf Course & Beautiful Beaches from where Weather Permitting, you can take in the Fantastic Evening Sunsets.

The space

I recently purchased Seann Airidh, having moved from Cumbria to enjoy the area that I have had a passion for since childhood. The Suite of rooms Upstairs are set aside solely for the use of Guests and consist of - 1x Double Room (see seperate listing) and 1x Twin Bedded Room, both with Sea Views, being serviced by a Shared Bathroom with Bath & Shower

Guest access

I'm sorry but, Breakfast is Not Included however, you are most welcome to use the Kitchen/Dining Room. The Bedrooms and Bathroom are easily accessed on the first floor via stairs from the front porch and Parking area.

Interaction with guests

I will be on hand should you want advice on local walks or information.

Other things to note

I have two, friendly Border Collies who should you wish, will take all the fuss you can give them. However, they are equally happy to be out of the way in the Conservatory, they're own space. Be assured though, they are not allowed upstairs, in the bedrooms (not even mine!) That said, I would not advise those allergic or fearful of dogs to stay in our home. Friendly Dogs are Welcome & can stay with you @ Night, though not on the Beds or Chairs. High Speed Broadband is available for Guests to use.

It's a great location and Pete is a very friendly host with his two dogs. Love the area as it's a suitable place to walk around through the beaches, and it's relatively near the Isle of Skye. Pete makes our staying experience becoming one of the best we had!

Pete was an absolute joy to stay with! Great conversation, LOVE HIS DOGS, had a really fun time with him and the other couple who stayed in the room across the stairs. The weather was a bit wet so didn't get the gorgeous sunrise from the pictures, but wow that's a gorgeous location, beach right nearby, such beautiful scenery even when it's not "ideal" weather. Close to a local co-op for food and maybe ten minutes from Mallaig. Bed was comfy, bathroom had a towel warmer :D common area was very cozy, had kostelig. Pete also made some very helpful suggestions about the ferries to Skye and Harris, as well as helped me narrow down what I wanted to do for the rest of my holiday here. Enjoyed this Airbnb the most of all the ones I've stayed in the UK so far. Can't recommend Pete and his dogs and lovely house enough.

Pete is a great host: he is very passionate about the place he's living in and he loves talking about it. His home is a typical Scottish building near the sea, in a small and very quiet village, near the white sands of Morar. The view is amazing, the twin room is large and comfortable, the blankets are extremely warm and this is very important for two Italians like us travelling through Scotland in October :) Absolutely recommended!

To bad we arrived late due to destractions of this breathtaking enviorment. Pete was quick to help us out with some dinner, had a short talk before setting out to skye the next morning. Facilities were good and clean with a pleasant look out of the window in the morning. Thanx Pete if we are around we will be back for a glass of wine and a song!

Pete's place was really easy to find and he had great directions, he met us upon arrival and was really friendly and showed us to our room which was great and gave us some great ideas for where to eat locally. Spent some time chatting with Pete in the evening over a drink and he's an interesting guy with lots of great tales. We would highly recommend staying here at Pete's place.
