Private unit w/separate keyed access. Like a duplex (I'm in the upper; the lower split-level is yours). You'll have your own private sleeping room, bathroom, basement living room, and laundry area with washer/dryer/utility sink and outdoor lounge area until the snow flies.

Great, family oriented neighborhood in the heart of Appleton. Only a couple minutes from I41 and Hwy 441. 25 minutes to Lambeau (traffic permitting on game days). Grocery, retail, recreation, events and much more only minutes away.
