Very simple studio apartment, internet, kitchenette, kitchen table and one chair (use as a desk area), and large shower. Very quiet neighborhood.
We live in the suburbs, and this studio is towards the back of our property, you will have plenty of alley parking, and you can come and go as you please since it is not connected to our house. Most of our neighbors are retired and home all day. We are in the process of updating the siding on our property this Spring.

This was a great spot to land overnight, clean and cute. Parking was a bit tough with two cars and it was a little further out of town than expected.

Sorry about the parking! Usually we have an extra spot, our friend is out of town and we are "car sitting" for her until she returns lol

Great little studio, awesome price. There are plenty of amenities and the dog was able to hang out with us while we were there. I recommend it.

My sister and i really enjoyed having our own space. We enjoyed our conversations with Liz. Pros - The apartment was clean, refrigerator was full-sized, bed was comfortable, futon was not, washer and dryer and especially the large shower. Cons - storage if we were allowed to u…

Liz is great with communication and the inside of the studio was just as described. It is a good value. The only thing I wish I knew before the trip was more about the location of the studio. The studio is along a shared alleyway. There are tiny houses right next to the studio an…

In my listing I have the information about the tiny house we have listed on AirBnB and that you will see / meet other people. My son parks his car in that area as well. I park my truck under a cover on that side too. We have neighbors on the other side of the alley, and the back of the alley. I have clothes pins on the back curtains b/c I like to do this for privacy not only personally but I thought other people did it, too. I even take clothes pins with me when I travel for this reason. We have had many long term people stay with their dogs for 1-3 months and some are even home all day. We like to build tiny houses and since we have a large piece of property we do it at our house. No one was working on it during this guests's stay. We always check in with our guests before we work on it to make sure either our guests are not there during the day, or if they need to sleep, we respect our guests needs above all else. This guest reserved 9 nights, then canceled at the last minute after arriving without talking to me about what was going on. This is not considerate in my opinion b/c it is really difficult to fill in dates at the last minute when a long stay is canceled.

Liz's garage apartment was quiet and private. Liz was easy to work with for any questions or needs. The apartment had everything one would need, full kitchen with cookware, dishes, utensils and small appliances. It also had a TV and WIFI.

Overall great stay! Super clean place and the owner is a doll! She came over with fresh eggs, super sweet! It wasn’t until I met her though that I felt completely comfortable. The area seems a bit sketchy driving up but it was a nice place to stay for the night! Would definitely …

Sorry about the "sketchy" part. We have new siding stacked up.... waiting for nice weather so we can paint it as well. I am glad you enjoyed your quiet stay, and I am looking forward to a return visit!
