My 2 bedroom condo is brightly lit, clean, and peaceful. I live here with my 8 year old son. It's located in College Park - a safe, quiet, and adorable neighborhood with it's own little downtown village hangouts and less than 5 minutes from the heart of bustling and electric downtown Orlando. In less than 10 minutes you can find yourself on beautiful Park Ave in Winter Park, Highway ramp to I-4 is right across the street providing the easiest access to endless entertainment and shopping.

Guest access
I live here with my 7 year old son so you'd rent out the spare bedroom. I'm pretty busy so I may or may not be here most of the time. You can have access to all spaces except my bedroom :)
