Simpler Times is a 1950's home. It will bring memories.. of childhood to Baby Boomers, Grandma's house to Gen Xers, and a new experience to Millennials and Gen Zers. I have kept my childhood home in this friendly neighborhood and stay when having activities in the city.
Simpler Times is located 15 minutes or less drive to Henry Doorly Zoo, Joslyn Art Museum, Durham Museum, CWS-TD Ameritrade Park, and the Old Market. Morton Park is 4 blocks with a Splash Pad, playground and picnic shelter.

This is a family neighborhood. Parks, grocery stores, ethnic and fast food restaurants within a 5 minute drive. Easy access to Henry Doorly Zoo, Durham Museum, Joslyn Art Museum, Old Market, CWS TD Ameritrade Park, CHI Health Event Center, Fontenelle Forest, Baxter Arena, Ralston Arena, Fun Plex and UNMC. All of these locations are within a 15 minute drive.
