Luminous 3d floor apartment, 60 m2 . It has big balcony with great view of the area (Olympic Stadium, Veikou Park, Penteli Mountain). It is located in one of the most peaceful and safe areas of Athens (Peuki). It is within three minutes walking distance from a nearby park with playground for children, close to shopping Malls and the best hospitals and clinics in Greece. It is about 10 minutes walk to Marousi Metro Station (direct line to Monastiraki and Piraeus Port).

The space
It is a cozy warm and elegant aparment and I have personally invested time and efford in order to meet the highest standarts. Except the Queensize bedroom there is a comfortable couch that can accomodate two more guests. There is a big dvd collection, PS3, netflix, 42" TV, access to wi-fi. It is ideal as workspace due to the fact it is very quiet. You can also enjoy the surroundings from the balcony which is big with herbs and plants. The Balcony is ideal for romantic dinning, it has a bamboo sitting room, latterns under a shady and breezy tent.

All the amenities and spaces of the apartment are accessibles by guests. The are two high tech Daikin ACs one in the living room and one in bedroom. The kitchen is well equipted with a variety of spices and herbs, virgin olive oil, vinegar, homemade marmelades and olives by my aunt Aspasia. The are also boiler, espresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, toaster, squiser, multi mixer. It is full equipted for cooking and the guests are welcomed to use it with all their creativity. You may also enjoy your meals at the spacious dinning room.

The bathroom is modern, industrial style. It has a washing machine and we provide you shampoo, shower gel, soap, tooth paste, hair dryier and fresh and clean towels.

It is a quite , friendly neighborhood , suitable for families and people requiring peace and tranquility. You can enjoy walks to the nearby park and to do outdoor training to the Olympic Stadium.
At the same time it is a vivid neighborhood , within walking distance there are a lot great places to eat Greek or International cuisine, bars, coffee shops and cinemas. The area hosts the three biggest Malls in Athens for shopping , dinning, coffee, cinema or just mengling. Chalandri, Kifissia and Marousi are close areas worth visiting.
You may also plan daily excursions to Argosaronicos Gulf islands (i.e Aigina, Poros , Agistri etc), from the Pireus Port, via line 1 of Metro (40 min).Other alternatives are the centre of Athens or the frontal cost easily accessible via metro.
