This recent stylishly renovated bungalow has the ocean literally at its doorstep.
This hidden gem is very conveniently located, close (walking distance) to our town centre with cafes, restaurants and bars overlooking our beautiful Bay.
Our coastal walking track runs directly past this house, which invites safe and scenic walks or mountain biking.
Bay playground, Aquatic centre and tennis courts are also just a stone throw away. Supermarket and Fast food options just a walk across the park.

Peaceful and yet super close to town, perfect location for a night out in town or the day spend at the big Bay playground with the kids. Minigolf or swimming, tennis or mountain biking, penguin watching or leisurely lounging on our deck listening to the waves crashing

Town centre, Aquatic centre, Caroline Bay, Supermarkets, Coastal track, Cafe and Restaurants all walking distance between 5-10 minutes. You couldn't have a more central location and still feel far removed due to the ocean being literally right out the door

I am part of an awesome family, love my husband and 4 kids including our 2 mischievious dachshunds. We travelled a lot for the first so many years of our married life and decided to make beautiful Timaru our home and the place where our kids can grow up surrounded by beauty and nature.
