Cute updated home less than 5 miles from Denny stadium. Plenty of parking, large private fenced back yard, deck and screened porch with a TV! The home overlooks the park at the Veterans Affairs campus that has a public walking/jogging track. The track winds through to the University of Alabama's Arboretum. There is a corner store less than a half mile away. The Master has one king bed, second bedroom has one queen bed. There are two living rooms one with a full sized sofa and one with a sofa bed

The space
We take sanitation and health concerns very seriously and liberally use bleach and anti bactiral cleaning chemicals between stays. This is NOT an apartment or a condo! Its a cute private house in a great area of town just a few minutes from campus! Large deck on back and fenced back yard.

This is a quiet neighborhood. No events please and no noise after 9pm. We are across the street from the veterans affairs campus and 5 minutes from DCH Hospital. This area is close to the Universitybut away from students and student housing.

I am a fellow air b&b host. My wife and I of 33 years love to travel for our kids/ grand kids sports and to explore new cities. We love hosting at our game day house in Tuscaloosa Alabama. We are careful to treat your place just like we would want our place treated.

During your stay

I can be available 24/7 by phone but do not go to the property except to make sure the house is ready prior to a guest check in. After that I only come if requested. I check on guests via text message during thier stay to make sure everything is perfect! I have a maintenance person who lives a few minutes away who is on call and a housekeeping service I use in town if you need anything.
