Great check-in experience
100% of recent guests gave this home’s check-in process a 5-star rating.

A lovely old dairyman's cottage from the 17th Century, part of a cluster of old farm buildings in the small hamlet of Southford, IOW. This cottage is furnished and decorated with our higgledy piggledy vintage furniture including a totally refurbished 1950's kitchen, and as a result it has a unique, homely feel.
Our downstairs has been recently refurbished and our courtyard is normally bursting with wisteria, roses, wildflowers, perennials and often soft fruit, too!

Charming and quirky cottage, with great access by car to basically anywhere on the Island in around 30 minutes (although Ventnor is wonderful if you don't want to venture more than 10 minutes down the road!). Although we wished the cottage had been a little cleaner when we arrive…

Lovely property, as advertised and has a lovely vintage feel to it. Great as a base for families to explore the Isle of Wight.

Really enjoyed our stay at Dairy Cottage. There is a terrific ambience created by the collection of period furniture and lovely stone building. It's a great central spot on the island and the local pub is definitely worth trying for food and drink.

A beautiful, quirky place. We loved every minute of our stay there. Very retro but extremely comfortable furnishings. The kitchen was definitely my favourite room, like stepping back in time. We would absolutely book it again.

Lovely quiet cottage, it had all you need for a holiday base and more. Lovely to arrive and find essential bread, milk and essentials in the cupboard. Perfect size for a family of five we will definitely be coming back

I am a theatre director and my husband is an actor. We are often away for work and have decided to try to make the most of our flat. We collect old furniture (anything from the's onwards) so our flat is somewhat full of these things. Our bookshelves are crammed with play…
