Lake front property completely refurbished as a holiday home in 2017. Very well appointed with new kitchen, bathroom and heat pump.Lovely sheltered area at the rear.
This holiday home has superb views over picturesque Lake (URL HIDDEN) has a walking track just outside the gate and access to the beach.
Lake Hawea Hotel and Sailz restaurant are a couple of minutes drive away.Lake Wanaka is about 15 minutes drive.
The area has incredible hiking,mountainbiking and skiing.
