I live with my wife and children in the same neighborhood, 10 minute walk from the apartment and very close to the rooftop studio. This is a residential area, very safe, where life is good. At the same time, it is very close to major tourist attractions (the 1BR apartment is one block from the Eiffel Tower, both are 10 minutes walk to the Champs Elysées), which is attractive for visitors. I bought these apartments for my children. I renovated, tastefully furnished and quality furniture, because it is for them. Until they are old enough to live there, I rentthem. This is a great opportunity for visitors to access a true Parisian apartment in a good neighborhood and live like a real Parisian in his own home, not in a tourist trap. J'habite avec ma femme et mes enfants à 10 minutes à pied de l'appartement et tès près du studio, dans le meme quartier. C'est un quartier résidentiel, très sûr, où il fait bon vivre. En même temps, il est très proche de lieux touristiques majeurs (l'appartement est à 1 bloc de la Tour Eiffel, tout près des Champs Elysées), ce qui est attractif pour les visiteurs de passage. J'ai acheté ces appartements pour que mes enfants y habitent. Je les ai rénovés, aménagés avec gout et des meubles de qualité, car c'est pour eux. En attendant qu'ils soient en âge d'y habiter, je les loue. C'est donc une très bonne occasion pour des visiteurs d'accéder à un vrai appartement parisien, dans un très bon quartier, et y vivre comme un vrai parisien dans son propre domicile, et pas dans un attrape touriste.
