Cosy B&B in converted farm steading. Perfect to explore the rolling countryside & stunning Angus Glens. Continental style breakfast with home-baked bread & home-made preserves. Communal breakfast/living space. A personal & friendly experience. 2 guest rooms, also see 'The Oats Room'. This room can be set up as a double OR twin room. Lovely place with easy access to the gorgeous Corrie Fee. We hadn't planned food at all well but Rosie and George very kindly helped us out!

Unique modernised accommodation in a wonderful location! Rosalie is a friendly and helpful host. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches which included homemade elderflower juice and homemade bread & preserves in the morning:)

Rose is such good host who gave us warm welcolming in her lovely farm. The bed is really confortable... and the homemade bread was delicious! Thank you so much Rose. It was the perfect place for ending our wonderful trip in Scotland.
