I love all things oak and give me all the vintage! Very comfortable queen bed with 100% cotton sheets and bedding. Some closet storage as well as dresser and night tables. Small desk provided upon request.
Blocks from Lake Conroe. Five minute driving to old town Montgomery, and other area shopping. We are close to several wedding venues and the majority of our weekend guests are here for weddings!

The space
This guest room is upstairs and there is no handicap access on the stairs. You will have access to a full bath that is shared with our other single guest only room. No smoking at anytime on property.

We have had the COVID vaccine but are completely fine and ok if you don't want to or haven't decided yet. We maintain social distancing protocols. We have been married 30 years and live a quiet, sipping coffee on the porch, type of life with the sounds of Lake Conroe nearby. We love our children, church family, our sweet pups Holly and Claude (they keep our nest happy and not empty) DIY projects and eating healthy - except we love mexican food.

We originally began Airbnb hosting to help finance our daughter's wedding. After having a few guests and meeting new people it didn't take long for us to decide that we would love to continue because we enjoyed it so much. We also discovered there are several wedding venues in the area because so many of our guests stay with us for just that reason!

Our dream is to someday have a RV and travel across the US to State Parks but for now we plan an annual anniversary trip with Boston being our favorite so far. Since becoming Air bnb hosts we have travelled to Hot Springs Arkansas , Washington DC, Colorado Springs CO, Atlanta GA, Austin TX, San Antonio TX and St. Louis, MO. We also love Nashville where our daughter and SIL live. We love hosting and traveling with Air bnb!
