The host was not friendly, not respectful, the apartment was not clean and in a proper condition. The place is not easy to find, the entrance is not at the given address, it is on the side street, a small up the hill and then stairs down again. It can´t be found without advice. O…
Response from Heine:
First of all it is sad to hear that this guest had so many problems that were not communicated to us, secondly of course also sorry to hear that the correspondence is characterized as "bossy". We try to greet all our guests respectfully, so I guess here there is some cultural difference that may have disturbed the situation. Regarding the repeated message for the code of the entrance, this was something we sent just to ensure that the correspondence was received, since the guest claimed not to have received it in the Airbnb-account. Regretably there had been issues with the internet prior to the arrival of these guests, and I was not aware that the modem had been set up with another password. Sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. We will look in to the other issues, and hope you have a nice trip further on.
We are a married couple with 2 kids, living in the small town of Skudeneshavn in Norway. Our house used to be the main chapel (and community house) of the town, until it was sold to a local artist in the late 1970s. We love to travel, and enjoy meeting people from other places.
