The space

This is a former Sea Captain's (W.H. Saunders) great home in a stellar location. You'll notice a huge driveway and yard that you have full use of. The big back deck features a nearly new gas grill and a couple of nice adirondak chairs to relax in with a cold beer. It's a very quiet neighborhood as well.
The kitchen features a new dishwasher, a new garbage disposal and a nearly new gas stove with grill top. The refrigerator has an icemaker and water dispenser as well.
The living room has a very comfortable futon and Restoration hardware leather lounge chair and coffee table. The theme is baseball and aviation.
There is a workout room with a nearly new Concept II ergometer, bike trainer, pull up bar, kettlebells and free weights.
The bedrooms upstairs are cozy and quiet with a full bathroom upstairs and a full bathroom off the kitchen. The bathrooms are small and spartan however the water pressure is great.
The master bedroom is on the first floor and features a very expensive and comfortable king size bed. There is also a full closet and chest of drawers at your disposal. The two bedrooms upstairs are set up with a single bed in one room (with an airconditioner) and bunk beds in the other room. All bedrooms have a fan.
It's an easy walk to tons of great restaurants including Starbucks, Bruegger's' Bagels & Jamba Juice, Whole Foods, sushi, pizza, etc. There is also a great packie (liquor store for you non-Bostonians) with huge beer and wine selection next to Whole Foods and Marshalls. We about a 5 minute drive to route 128 and in the heart of historic Massachusetts. The Minuteman Bike trail starts a mile from the house, plus Paul Revere's capture site is only a couple miles away in a beautiful park.
