Set on an acre with gorgeous mountain views and all day sun. This purpose built, architecturally designed room with ensuite has it's own separate entry and is totally private from the rest of the home. You have your own outdoor area. Linen & towels supplied. Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster & bar fridge in the room. Wifi & Netflix available. It's stylish & luxuriously appointed and immaculately presented. 4km from the lake and down the road from a boat ramp, river & bike trails.

The space
We're a busy family of three. AJ is an Architectural Designer and Deb is a part time Interior Designer. Our son Rocco is 15yrs old, our British Bulldog, Chilli is 6yrs and our French Bulldog, Biggie is 2yrs old. The dogs are friendly but there is a gate between you and us anyway so unless you want to meet them they are in a separate area.

COVID - We have all had double jabs and boosters and so will anyone else who might look after the airbnb if we are ever away for the night or two. Please only book this airbnb if you are also at least double jabbed. Please be prepared to show us your covid passport on arrival.

Further notes -
No capacity for heating food or cooking.
The unit is part of our house but on a different level and totally separate. It backs onto a spare laundry area that is not used by us.
The bedroom and ensuite are open plan but there is a curtain you can pull for privacy between the room and bathroom.

Northlake is a great neigbourhood. We have a basketball hoop, a pump track for skating, a great pizza restaurant and bar (Monkey Farm) just down the road. It's safe and quiet.
