Casa Canario at Villa Blanca features unique and distinctive architecture and an outstanding location by Los Muertos Beach in Old Town Vallarta. This building offers amazing views from the roof-top terrace. This condo is located one block off the popular beach, Playa Los Muertos on the south side of Puerto Vallarta in the Romantic Zone - a very safe and friendly neighborhood.
Across the street are the stairs to the beach - the ocean is only 3 minutes away!!!

Other things to note
There is daytime condo construction noise across the street but this is very common in the Romantic Zone as it is having rapid growth. Very peaceful in the evenings though! The pull-out sofa is cot size, best suitable for a child but can sleep an adult.

One reason Casa Canario is so popular is its close proximity to the Malecon as well as to the center of the Romantic Zone, with its blend of traditional "Old Mexico" charm and modern amenities. Cobblestone streets and old Spanish-style and red tile roof buildings with colorful flowers combine with first-class hotels and restaurants, upscale shops, art galleries, and an exciting nightlife. Casa Canario is an easy 10 minute walk to all of this - yet on a private street which is great for a peaceful night's sleep.
