'Listowel' is close to the City, Hospital, Parks, the Coastal Walkway and 100m walk to Yarrow Stadium. A quick 3 minute stroll to our local Cafes and Restaurant. Our Coastal Walkway is just a 3-5 minute bike ride down the hill - ride at your leisure, either left to our port area and cafes, or right into town or further on past our beautiful beaches to our famous Te Rewa Rewa bridge, which has the most amazing view and photo opportunity, looking through the bridge to our beautiful Maunga.

One large room with 1 very comfortable queen bed which is only suitable for couples or single person.

One sofa and 2 cane chairs for relaxing or watching TV.

We have a trestle bench (2 stools underneath) for guests to use, as well as a microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee plunger and toaster. Milk, bread, butter, jams etc, tea, coffee, water, cereals and a fruit bowl are also provided at no extra cost.
