I felt compelled to reply to your feedback. First on the issue of parking, if you were to read my airnbn listing carefully you will note that i have explain the parking situation very clearly.
Building linked via sky bridge to Chan Sow Lin LRT that takes you to the the South to TBS bus/LRT/electric train terminal to to Masjid Jamed interchange. Located along the main gateway into KL city you can get to go anywhere in a jiffty. We are located near 2 hotels and a city campus Help Institute yet it is quiet and serene.
Parking in the building is not provided and if you have to park you can either pay the car park operator for overnight parking or park by the road side for free as this is a commercial building and the unit is not allocated with car park."
Our unit appeals to foreign guest who wants to use the LRT. If you have messaged me before you booked I would have recommended other listings that is more suited to your needs. I was given the impression that you are going to airport to meet your wife and daughter. Also you did not communicate with me how to handle the parking issue after you have checked in. There is a cheaper overnight parking rate should you make enquiry at the parking office.
With regard to the washing machine, the cleaner noted that there is some water leak when the machine discharge water and i did make an appt with the tech to come to the unit. The first appt apparently he did not show up and you did not informed me of that which if you have i would have called him. Second appt set was not convenient for you. I did try my level best to set another appt but you said not necessary and that I can attend to it after you vacate which I am thankful to you.
With regards to aircon, during the first day you never mention that it is not cold. I would have drop in to check if the setting is correct and if indeed there is an issue the aircon man would be asked to come immediately.
Communication seems to be an issue here as sometimes my message to you was not replied and that makes me assumed that everything was OK.
As in any hotel situation if you do not report the problem we are non the wiser for it and I do appreciate that in future if you were to stay in any airbnb to immediately report to the host issues instead of putting it in the review for which it would be too late for us to do anything but to write in defense.
The only item that is different from my listing and the actual site is the sofa that I have recently changed and have not have the time to update Airbnb. The new sofa is more comfortable as it can incline. I will update immediately. Thank you for bringing to my attention. You have my (Hidden by Airbnb) contact, pls be specific on what else is different from the listing. I would greatly appreciate that.
