Completely renovated 1 bedroom condo. Located 4 blocks from the ocean, each unit has its own golf cart for going to the beach and many other places. We also offer a grilling area and patio overlooking a duck pond. Beach chairs and sand toys are available for all guests. Private parking area (let us know if bringing more than one car), and property is well lit. Completely outfitted kitchen has all you need for dining in. Minimum age for rental is 24. Long term winter rentals by request.

The unit is on the second floor with outside access. There are 5 steps up to a landing and then nine steps up to the landing outside the entrance door.

Use of a golf cart is included in your rental fee. However, you will be asked to sign a liability waiver upon arrival in order to use it.

I am a retired professional clarinet player. Therese and I have been here since February (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) running our vacation rental business. (One note on our property - don't believe what you see on (Hidden by Airbnb) Earth! We have completely redone and re-landscaped so the trees are gone and the roof is new!) We love living in North Myrtle Beach - the restaurants, entertainment, and beach are all fantastic! The ocean used to be our vacation destination and now we are on vacation all the time. We are new to Airbnb, but are enjoying it very much - communicating with guests and enjoying meeting everyone! I am working at being a better golfer while Therese loves to read and keep track of the grandkids. We both love movies as well and are glad that we are eligible for the senior discount!
