The place is really close to everything and a great space to stay in Philly. Loved it!

Killer location, very comfy spot. If your looking for a place to crash and don’t want to have to drive all over its perfect. It’s not necessarily a scenic spot but it definitely gives you a glimpse at what it might be like to be a young artist or professional living in downtown …

Simple, uncomplicated place for a short stay in the city. Provided clean towels and amenities including coffee and tea. Perfect for my night in Philly

The location is in walking distance of everything in center city, which was awesome. The night I stayed was the warmest of the year and the A/C and portable A/C in the unit did not work (portable pumped out hot air).

Response from Dawn:
Hi Dave, thanks for your stay. This apartment does not have A/C as per the listing (although I have since purchased one). The "portable A/C" you used was the space heater. That's why it was stored in the closet.

Response from Dawn:
I was contacted by Brandi on the day of her checkout if she could leave the luggage for several hours. The checkout time is 11, and indeed she asked to leave luggage into the time when the next guest would arrive. I was travelling at the time and was not able to respond immediately, but as soon as I got cell service a few hours later, sent a message saying another guest would be coming and that to leave the luggage would not be possible.

Dawn’s home was exactly as described. We had an easy walk down to the Liberty Bell and other central attractions. We also enjoyed getting to be near the super tasty restaurants in China town.

I've just returned to Philadelphia after 7 years away, hoping to establish some long-term roots here. But I'm also a restless soul- I've been to about 60 countries in the last few years, and completed hikes of the Appalachian and Pacific Crest Trails. I work as an acupuncturi…
