Washing machine and dryer are included in the bathroom equipment. The second floor includes three bedrooms, bathroom with shower and toilet and an additional separate small toilet. There is a nice large garden and a garage in the house. In total 2-3 cars can be easily parked on the yard. The house suits well for a company with projects in the Eastern side of Oslo either short or longer term basis. In addition, private persons can rent the house to have a second home for example during a renovation in an own house or apartment. Just 100 - 200 meters above the house there is a sight seeing location where the whole city opens nicely below the hill. Notwithstanding the beautiful view, the house is very easy to reach. The apartment is fully furnished and you can find dishes in the kitchen so that you can have breakfast and prepare dinner.
