A beautiful beach side holiday home which is only a few mins walk away from the world famous 90 Mile Beach. The home has a new covered back deck overlooking the Australian bush and glimpses of Lake Reeve in the distance. In the garden is an elevated BBQ area with plenty of room for the kids to play. Inside is a new wood fire place as well as a new air conditioner for those warm days. The modern and clean kitchen will add to your relaxed beach experience. Strictly no pets.

Other things to note
Driveway is very steep and only suitable for small cars. There is ample street parking in the quiet cal de sac. Property does have outside CCTV for property security during the off peak season. These cameras can be switched off by guests.
