After Cinthia left I stayed and checked everything and what I found was:
The towels Cinthia claims were not clean, in fact were clean and washed, they are white towels that had been washed with colors therefore made stains, however Cinthia didn't mention that I had extra clean and new towels in a locked room which I gave her access to and she used those. But she doesn't mention that. She also used the extra toilet paper rolls in that same room, she didn't mention that either instead she mentioned she had to run to the store, which by the way is in the same apartment complex.
TV and Netflix work perfectly fine not sure why she couldn't watch it. All TV inputs are working fine. I watched Netflix after she left everything works fine as far as the smart TV and Roku.
The AC has the thermostat in the apartment, one guest adjusted it very cold, I adjusted it myself to less cool. There is nothing wrong with the thermostat, its adjustable and it can be turned off or put on auto. Her claims that "the thermostat and AC not functioning properly.." simply not true, she just didn't know how to adjust it. There is also a maintenance person that can come adjust it if you don't know how. But Cinthia said to me she managed. As far as the previous guest leaving a complaint about the AC, it was a note with a comment about the AC being too cold, it was not a complain like Cinthia mentions. My previous guest never complained to me in fact, left a positive review.
When someones makes claims that are untrue they should provide with proof which Cinthia has none, I guess she didn't communicate properly or asked me. Nor she mentioned I addressed all her needs. Sadly she still couldn't figure out the TV and thermostat, rather claims falsey as AC ant thermostat "not functioning properly" when in fact it is, and that the TV inputs strangely didn't work for her, when if fact work for all my guests including myself.
