Where you’ll be

Ubud, Bali, Indonesia

Penestanan village is located west of Ubud on a hilly tropical jungle and vast rice paddies. It has been through a lot of development and progress. In the 60s and 70s it is mostly known for the generation of 'young artists' painters taught by Dutchman Arie Smit. Nowadays it has transformed into a hub for tourists interested in the arts, spirituality and nature. You will see the blend of local community, expats and also travellers that creates a kaleidoscope of experiences.
