The space
Located on the beautiful Island of Flores, Peten, Guatemala. It sits right in front of the stunning Peten Itza Lake. It has great views from each one of the three balconies. It lends itself for the perfect afternoon watching the sunset with a glass of wine or an early morning watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee in hand. The first floor of the house has a beautiful terrace from which you may want to have all meals. The second floor has a small balcony outside the master bedroom, with the best views of the lake- see the aforementioned wine suggestion.
> The third floor has a roof deck from which you may lie at day for a perfect tan or at night and watch the stars.
The house is centrally located and surrounded by restaurants, shops and convenience stores. It’s also a few steps away from the historical Cathedral and The Central Park (the meeting place of all locals).
