I am sorry to hear that Rachel did not have a good time at the home. I would like to let you know what occurred when she first checked in.
She stated that she wanted some more sheets and was unhappy. She demanded via text that she wanted a specific type shampoo, soap, conditioner etc. This was at 10 pm at night the night she checked in. We did have sheets for the sofas she mentioned. The problem that she has was that she wanted a higher thread count sheet, as she wanted a specific thread count!
I had my assistant go the first thing in the morning and purchase all specific items she wanted. I wish I could post the expensive receipt we have from the store.
After delivery, she told my assistant she was happy, and responded the same to me.
Suddenly, a couple more days into the stay, she started texting and emailing me asking for a refund because she said she was unhappy. She gave no reason why. I wanted to see if I needed to purchase anything else for her, but instead She just threatened that if we don't give a refund, she would write a bad review.
As a host/owner, my goal is to give my guests a 5 star experience. Please see other reviews below. But, as Rachel has proven. There are always going to be difficult guests, and those that are (Website hidden by Airbnb) matter how hard you try to make them happy.
Since this is a new listing, I only have 3 reviews, so unfortunately, Rachel has brought my rating down. In the future, with more guests staying, I am positive the rating will go back up.
