This is a new home in a convenient location, less than a mile off of Highway 280 yet tucked away on a quaint 1-acre of land. The modern interior decor assures a welcoming feel and the large windows provide plenty of natural sunlight. Step out on the front porch to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. High-speed WiFi, internet TV, a full kitchen and luxury bathroom towels are provided for your convenience. Enjoy your stay!

The space
This home is a one of a kind, you won’t find another home as convenient or close to Highway 280. At the same time, the home is so peaceful and quiet that you will feel like you are in the countryside. There is a lot of space outside, the deck is perfect for a family gathering and the yard is great for kids.

Lawn maintenance comes on a regular basis every 2 weeks. Noise should be at a minimum. We hope to keep the front yard looking fresh for you.

Pest Control (Steve) comes on a monthly basis. General treatment is on the exterior of the home. Interior treatment may be required for special cases (this is rare). We like to the bugs away from you.

NOTICE: We are in the process of renting out the basement of the home to a long-term tenant and converting the home to a duplex (estimated move-in May/June 2022). The basement of the home has a completely separate entrance along the backside of the house. This will not affect your stay and usage of the Airbnb property.
