I think it's obvious when a property has all five star reviews and then someone writes a review like this, it might just be that they are angry at getting caught breaking house rules. Even though Ashley made the booking and was not even part of the guest party (Airbnb Violation) she made everything worse by her behavior after the booking was complete.
My review of Ashley:
This was a third party booking that is not allowed by airbnb. Ashely was not part of the group that came. The booking was only made for 3 guests, but on the first night there were 4 guests staying there, violation one of my house rules. When I asked Ashleys boyfriend about the extra guest, he said he didn't know anyone else was in the unit. The property is only 600 square feet, so it's hard to not know who's inside. Her boyfriend was also out the first morning smoking in the screen porch 3 feet from the no smoking sign. He moved outside when asked, but then proceeded to throw his cigarette butts on the sidewalk and parking area. Although everything else went ok during the stay, Ashley became very sarcastic, and snotty, threatening a negative reivew because we were not hospitable. It's hard to be hospitable when guests chose to break your house rules. It's Ashley's behavior in the end that made everything worse. I certainly would never take a chance booking with her.
