The space
ABSTRACT
The LANZA 14 tourist apartment building has been completely renovated to be used as Tourist Apartments. It has a left-luggage service in the building that is free and exclusive for our guests. The building also has a terrace with a common solarium and a small swimming pool exclusively for our guests. Likewise, parking spaces are offered in a nearby building (not included in the price). Access to the apartments can be done with codes. Apartment 04 is located on the first floor of the building. It can accommodate 4 guests distributed in two bedrooms with two bathrooms.
SPACE
The apartment, which has access from the first floor. It has two bedrooms. The main one equipped with a 150 x 200 cm double bed and a suite-style bathroom. The second bedroom equipped with two single beds measuring 90 x 200 cm and also with a suite-type bathroom (accessed from the bedroom). Apartment 4 is characterized by its very bright and pleasant living room, connected to the kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is completely equipped. The living room has 2 balconies overlooking the street.
The living room has a 49-inch television, connected to the internet since it is a smart TV. There is an Ethernet connection for those who need a more stable connection during their stay. Next to the TV you have universal chargers and a small Tablet with information about the city
The qualities inside the houses are high. The floors of living rooms and bedrooms are made of wood to make them warmer in winter and cool in summer. The bathrooms have large showers, glass partitions and heated towel rails. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware and utensils to cook almost anything. It has a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and extractor hood.
SERVICES AND COMMON AREAS
The rehabilitation of the building has preserved and emphasized the defining elements of the building, modernizing its services and facilities. The hydraulic floors are recovered from the old houses of the building and relocated in the common areas of the building. A large elevator adapted for wheelchair users has been installed, which connects all the floors of the building (including the roof terrace).
The interior of the apartments in our building have been designed so that the acoustic and thermal comfort conditions are the best. Energy savings have also been taken into account, installing a highly efficient hot water production system.
We have provided the building with common areas that add additional value to our guests. Making it possible for our guests to enter the building and their apartment independently seems fundamental to us and to have a left-luggage office at the service of our guests as well. Both combined make that arriving at the building and leaving the suitcases does not depend on the check in time and that on the day of returning home, our guest does not have to carry his luggage until the departure time of his flight or train.
We have taken advantage of the building's conditions to create on the roof of the building a place to rest, relax, enjoy the climate of Seville and contemplate good views over the Cathedral and the Giralda. The terrace and the solarium are at our guests' disposal, as well as the swimming pool, with sun loungers and tables. They are for common use but exclusively for our guests of the building. The swimming pool and sun terrace are open all year round. From April 1 to November 2, towels for the pool are included in the apartment linen.
We have centralized the washing machine and the dryer to put it at the service of our guests. It is located on the second floor. It is free and for the exclusive use of our guests. We have an iron, ironing board and clotheslines. We have enabled a part of the roof to be able to tend.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The building is on Calle Lanza, in the Santa Catalina neighborhood of the Historic Center of Seville. Right in front of the building is the church of Santiago el Mayor, and at the entrance of the street is the Virgen de los Reyes Convent, where architecture and art exhibitions are currently held. The Corral de Vecinos known as the Corral del Conde is just 50 meters from the building and the 'Casa Pilatos' Palace just 3 minutes from the building. The area is characterized by the large number of convents (currently in operation) that exist, where cakes and sweets are sold. The Cathedral, the Giralda and the Alcazar are 10 minutes from the building. The modern mushrooms of Seville (Metropol Parasol) are also very close, just 5 minutes walk.
In the Metropol there is a food market, for fresh products. There is also a large supermarket open from 9:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. from Monday to Saturday at 6 minutes and an express reefour 2 minutes away that opens every day of the week from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
In the area there are good restaurants, such as Rinconcillo, Becerrita, Baco, el Traga, as well as traditional bars, such as Entre Dos Hermandades and Los Claveles.
All this within a walking distance.

OTHER HIGHLIGHTS
As we have indicated in the summary, parking is not included in the price. We only have 3 car parks for 8 apartments, so if you want to reserve a car park for your stay, please let us know as soon as you can. Its price is € 12 per night and is paid in cash on arrival. It is subject to availability.
For us it is very important that everything is organized upon your arrival, but unforeseen events always arise. We kindly ask you to provide us with the telephone number that you bring to Seville, as well as your email to contact you in case of need. It is very easy to contact us through whatsapp or through email
The hot water production system is individual for each apartment. It consists of an accumulator tank with a capacity of 250-300 liters of hot water at 50º centigrade. It is a very energy efficient and environmentally friendly system, but it is still a limited amount of hot water as it is a storage tank, so we recommend a rational use of it. We are very happy with its operation, as we have not received indications about a lack of hot water from our guests and, we are also avoiding CO2 emissions due to the energy savings achieved.
